NXP Semiconductors TJA1046V Dual High-Speed CAN Transceivers
NXP Semiconductors TJA1046V Dual High-Speed CAN Transceivers supply two interfaces between a Controller Area Network protocol controller and the physical two-wire CAN bus. The devices combine two fully independent TJA1044 high-speed CAN transceivers in a single package, delivering differential transmit and receive capability for automotive CAN controller applications.
The NXP TJA1046V CAN Transceivers support robust communication at data rates up to 5Mbit/s for CAN FD networks and are optimized for 12V automotive systems. The devices are certified according to the VeLIO™ test requirements and provide a very low-current Standby mode with host and bus wake-up capability, ideal passive CAN-bus behavior when the supply voltage is off, and strong EMC performance.
The transceivers are ideal for networks that require multiple high-speed CAN interfaces, with low-power operation and CAN bus wake-up capability. The leadless HVSON14 package supports compact body control units, gateway control units, and automotive or industrial systems requiring reliable CAN FD communication.
