XLamp® XD14 LEDs

Cree LED XLamp^® XD14 LEDs are a family of small-footprint color and white LEDs that are optimized for lumen performance and design flexibility. These LEDs feature a ceramic substrate, which offers better thermal transfer due to larger contact pads. The XD14 LEDs enable smaller LED arrays with higher intensity and a maximum drive current of 1A. These LEDs are available in 70, 80, and 90 CRI white, royal blue, blue, PC blue, cyan, PC cyan, green, PC mint, PC lime, PC yellow, PC amber, red-orange, red, and PC red. The XD14 LEDs comply with RoHS, REACH, and J-STD-020C reflow solderable. These LEDs are available in a 1.4mm x 1.4mm package design. The XLamp XD14 LEDs are optimized to enhance optical performance for both single and multi-color designs in architectural, entertainment, and aftermarket auto lighting applications.
