PNU650x Ultrafast Recovery Rectifier

Nexperia PNU650x Ultrafast Recovery Rectifier is a high power density, ultrafast switching time recovery rectifier. The PNU650x features high-efficiency planar technology. The device is encapsulated in a small, flat lead CFP3 (SOD123W) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.

Hyperfast/Ultrafast Recovery Rectifiers

Nexperia Hyperfast/Ultrafast Recovery Rectifiers deliver high power density while minimizing reverse recovery time and loss. The rectifiers are used for efficient switching and power conversion applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer markets. The devices are available in single and dual configurations and are housed in Nexperia's clip-bonded FlatPower (CFP) packages.
