Nexperia 400V/650V DPAK Recovery Rectifiers
Nexperia 400V/650V DPAK Recovery Rectifiers are hyperfast and ultrafast rectifiers for high-voltage power conversion applications. The portfolio includes 400V and 650V devices with 4A to 15A ratings in a DPAK Real-2-Pin package, facilitating high efficiency with minimal switching losses for AC/DC and DC/DC converter designs. The Real-2-Pin package increases creepage and clearance distances for safe operation in high-voltage environments. The devices incorporate fast switching, an optimized VFtrr trade-off, and smooth reverse recovery to improve efficiency, reduce losses, and minimize EMI in power electronics systems.
The Nexperia 400V/650V DPAK Recovery Rectifiers are excellent for AC/DC power conversion, DC/DC power conversion, motor drives, PFC diode functions, and freewheeling diode applications. The recovery rectifier series also offers high power density, high-current-pulse capability, efficient switching, low magnetic inductance, and low leakage current at high temperatures. AEC-Q101-qualified options are available for demanding industrial and automotive power designs.
