ACPL/ACFL Extended Temperature Optocouplers

Broadcom ACPL/ACFL Extended Temperature Optocouplers feature reinforced insulation and reliability for safety and signal isolation. The ACPL/ACFL operate up to 125°C maximum and are ideal for critical applications. These industrial optocouplers use alloy lead frames for superior heat dissipation. In addition, the optocouplers feature a double wire bonding process for redundancy and reduced wire breakage issues.
