TPS746/TPS746-Q1 Adjustable 1A LDO Regulators

Texas Instruments TPS746/TPS746-Q1 Adjustable 1A LDO Regulators feature an ultra-low dropout of 225mV at 1A that can help improve the system's power efficiency. The TPS746/TPS746-Q1 LDO Regulators support an input voltage range from 1.5V to 6.0V and an externally adjustable output range of 0.55V to 5.5V. The low output voltage enables this LDO to power the newer microcontrollers with lower core voltages. The Texas Instruments TPS746-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
