TDK CGA Series EIA 1210 Automotive Grade MLCCs

TDK CGA Series EIA 1210 Automotive Grade MLCCs offer excellent stable temperature and DC-bias characteristics. These MLCCs feature up to 10nF capacitance at 1250V in 3225 dimensions (3.2mm x 2.5mm x 2.5mm). The CGA series MLCCs also feature C0G characteristics (Class I dielectric) that allow the devices to change the capacitance slightly over voltage and temperature. These MLCCs operate within the -55°C to 125°C temperature range and are AEC-Q200 qualified. The CGA series MLCCs are high-voltage resistant and are ideal for high-voltage circuits. These MLCCs are used in wireless charging units, snubber capacitors, DC-DC converters, inverters, and resonant circuits.
