Qorvo QPF4005EVB1 Evaluation Board
Qorvo QPF4005EVB1 Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the performance of the QPF4005 Module. The QPF4005 37GHz to 40.5GHz GaN Dual Channel Front-End Modules are designed for 39GHz phased array 5G base stations and terminals. The multi-function MMIC die combines a low noise amplifier, a low insertion-loss high-isolation TR switch, and a high-gain high-efficiency multi-stage PA for each channel.
The QPF4005EVB1 Evaluation Board has an RF layer that is 0.008” thick with 0.5oz copper metal layers. The microstrip line at the connector interface is optimized for the Southwest Microwave end launch connector 1492-04A-5.
