Qorvo PAC52700 Power Application Controllers
Qorvo PAC52700 Power Application Controllers are highly optimized for controlling and powering next-generation smart energy appliances, devices, and equipment. These controllers feature up to 32kB of embedded FLASH, 8kB of SRAM memory, and a high-speed 10-bit 1µs Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with dual auto-sampling sequencers. The PAC52700 application controllers offer 5V/3.3V I/Os, flexible clock sources, timers, a versatile 14-channel PWM engine, and several serial interfaces. These controllers integrate a 50MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0 32-bit microcontroller core, patent-pending Multi-Mode Power Manager™ (MMPM), Configurable Analog Front End™ (CAFE), and Application Specific Power Drivers™ (ASPD).The PAC52700 application controllers form compact microcontroller-based power and general-purpose application systems ranging from digital power supply to motor control. These controllers are available in a 48-pin, 6mm x 6mm TQFN package. Typical applications include power tools (up to 24V), 12V server fans, and Embedded Speed Controllers (ESCs).
The PAC52700EVK1 evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the PAC52700 power application controllers that feature up to 32kB of embedded FLASH and 8kB of SRAM memory.
