Panduit CCAL/CCPL Series Cable Cleats

Panduit CCAL/CCPL Series Cable Cleats are designed for short-circuit protection and are available in various sizes. These cable cleats ensure cables remain contained in the event of a short circuit fault, minimizing disruption and damage to personnel and property. The CCAL/CCPL cleats are easy to install in a range of applications and harsh environments. These cleats are installed after running the cable by installing directly to the cable tray rung via fixing holes and two M10 bolts. Typical applications include oil and gas, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, rail, utilities, and data centers.

CCAL Aluminum Cable Cleats

The CCAL Aluminum Trefoil Cable Cleats are ideal for medium-high short circuit faults in less corrosive environments. These cleats are available in multiple sizes with cable range-taking capability and are suitable for trefoil cable arrangements.

The CCAL Aluminum One-Hole Cleats are ideal for lower to medium short circuit faults in less corrosive environments. These cleats are available in multiple sizes with cable range-taking capability and are suitable for single-conductor cables.

The CCAL Aluminum Two-Hole Cleats are ideal for medium-high short circuit faults in less corrosive environments. These cleats are available in multiple sizes with cable range-taking capability and are suitable for single-conductor cables.

CCPL Polymer Cable Cleats

The CCPL Polymer Trefoil Cleats are ideal for medium-high short circuit faults in less harsh environments. These cleats are available in multiple sizes with cable range-taking capability and are suitable for trefoil cable arrangements.

The CCPL Polymer One-Hole Cleats are ideal for lower to medium short circuit faults in less harsh environments. These cleats are available in multiple sizes with cable range-taking capability and are suitable for single-conductor cable arrangements.

The CCPL Polymer Two-Hole Cleats are ideal for lower to medium short circuit faults in less harsh environments. These cleats are available in multiple sizes with cable range-taking capability and are suitable for single-conductor cable arrangements.
