WeEn Semiconductors BT155W-1200T & BT155W-1400T Planar Passivated SCRs
WeEn Semiconductors BT155W-1200T and BT155W-1400T Planar Passivated SCRs are designed for applications requiring very high inrush current capability and high thermal cycling performance. The planar passivated SCRs are optimized for voltage ruggedness and reliability. The BT155W-1200T and BT155W-1400T are available in a TO247 plastic package. The BT155W-1200T-A is qualified to the AEC-Q101 standard for use in automotive applications.
