Vishay / Vitramon VJ Safety Certified Capacitors

Vishay / Vitramon VJ Safety Certified Capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified capacitors available with PPAP and are IEC 60384-14 approved. These capacitors feature a Reliable Noble Metal Electrode (NME) system and a wet build process. The VJ capacitors provide a flexible termination “W” for improved bending capability performance available for selected values. These capacitors operate at -55°C to 125°C temperature range and comply with RoHS. Typical applications include power supplies, EMI and AC line filtering, EV charging systems, AC equipment and appliances, lighting strike and voltage surge protection, isolators, and facsimile and telephone.
