Vishay / Sprague 594D TANTAMOUNT® Capacitors

Vishay / Sprague 594D Series TANTAMOUNT® Capacitors are conformal coated, solid tantalum chip capacitors that offer low ESR and maximum CV. The surface mountable 594D Series TANTAMOUNT capacitors also feature large capacitance range of 1.0µF to 1500µF, standard capacitance tolerances of ±10% and ±20%, and are RoHS Compliant.

  • Voltage rating to 4 VDC to 50 VDC
  • 100% tin (2) standard; tin/lead available terminations
  • Case code compatibility with EIA 535BAAC and CECC 30801 molded chips
  • ESR readings measured at 100kHz, +25°C from 3500mΩ to 30mΩ
