Vishay / Sfernice RPWA 650 Thick Film Power Resistors

Vishay / Sfernice RPWA 650 Thick Film Power Resistors feature 650W maximum rated power and a 6.2Ω to 1ΩM resistance range in a low-profile package with thick film deposited on ceramic. These high-power, non-inductive resistors offer easy assembly, self-calibrated pressure, a cold system without external radiation, and AEC-Q200 qualification (pending). The devices can be cooled with an auxiliary heatsink and include internal temperature monitoring via an NTC thermistor. The resin-filled case construction includes a cermet resistive element and alumina substrate, using materials that comply with UL 94V-0 standards. Vishay / Sfernice RPWA 650 Thick Film Power Resistors operate in a -55°C to +155°C temperature range.
