Welwyn / TT Electronics TJC Thermal Jumper Chips provide a compact surface-mount solution for thermal management, minimizing the PCB area and total assembly size. Manufactured using aluminum nitride (AIN) ceramic technology, these chips are available in industry-standard chip sizes and custom configurations. The chips provide a thermally conductive pathway with electrical isolation to mitigate PCB hotspots. The series features a thermal resistance as low as 3.6°C/W, thermal conductivity up to 278mW/°C, and a low capacitance range from 0.05pF to 0.46pF.
