Trenz Electronic TE0865-02-FGE83MA MPSoC Module features an AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU19EG, 4GB DDR4 SDRAM with ECC on PS, and 4GB DDR4 SDRAM on PL. This module offers 256MB flash memory for configuration and operation, a Gigabit Ethernet PHY, and powerful switch-mode power supplies for all on-board voltages. The TE0865-02-FGE83MA MPSoC module provides a large number of configurable I/O's via rugged high-speed stacking connections. This module operates from 0°C to 85°C temperature range and is available in 7.5cm x 10cm dimensions.
