Toshiba TLP575x Photocouplers

Toshiba TLP575x Photocouplers consist of a GaAlAs infrared light-emitting diode and an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector. Housed in a 6-pin SO6L package, the TLP575x Photocouplers are 50% smaller than photocouplers using an 8-pin DIP package. Toshiba TLP575x Photocouplers are compliant with international safety standards for reinforced insulation. TLP575x Photocouplers provide a smaller footprint solution for applications that require a safety standard certification. An internal Faraday noise shield provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of ±35 kV/µs. Rail-to-rail output ensures stable operation and better switching performance, making them ideal for use as IGBT or MOSFET gate drivers.
