Texas Instruments SN74AC151-Q1 Automotive Data Selector/Multiplexers

Texas Instruments SN74AC151-Q1 Automotive Data Selectors/Multiplexers include one 8-to-1 data selector/multiplexer with strobe (G) input, standard output (Y), and inverted output (W). These multiplexers operate at a 1.5V to 6V voltage range with continuous ±24mA output drive at 5V, and accept up to 6V input voltages. The SN74AC151-Q1 multiplexers support up to ±75mA output drive at 5Vin short bursts and drive 50Ω transmission lines. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include data selection and multiplexing.
