Texas Instruments INA299-Q1 Current Sense Amplifiers
Texas Instruments INA299-Q1 Current Sense Amplifiers are precise, bidirectional devices that can measure voltage drops across shunt resistors over a wide common-mode range from -2V to 80V. These amplifiers are AEC-Q100, 650kHz, high-precision current sense amplifiers. The INA299-Q1 amplifiers operate from a single 2.7V to 12V supply voltage, drawing 650µA of supply current. These amplifiers are available in three gain options: 20V/V, 50V/V, and 100V/V. The INA299-Q1 amplifiers are specified to operate over an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and are offered in a 6-pin SOT-23 package. The INA299-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These amplifiers are ideal for eTurbo/charger, Electric Power Steering (EPS), starter/generator, regenerative braking, and brake system.
