Texas Instruments HDC3120/Q1 Analog Humidity & Temperature Sensors
Texas Instruments HDC3120/Q1 Analog Humidity and Temperature Sensors are high-accuracy, low-power analog humidity and temperature sensors designed for robust performance in demanding environments. These sensors offer ±1% RH and ±0.2°C typical accuracy and a wide operating range of 0% to 100% RH and -40°C to 125°C. The HDC3120 and HDC3120-Q1 sensors feature a 1.62V to 5.50V supply voltage range and a low power consumption of 250µA typical active current. These sensors can drive capacitive loads up to 47nF and include output short-circuit protection. The HDC3120-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include battery energy storage systems, remote power distribution automation, HVAC, telecom power systems, small home appliances, ADAS systems, automotive cameras, and automotive LIDAR modules. The HDC3120/Q1 temperature and humidity sensors are 100% tested, NIST traceable, and verified with equipment calibrated to ISO/IEC 17025 standards. These humidity and temperature sensors are available in a compact 2.5mm x 2.5mm x 0.8mm WSON 8-pin package.
