Texas Instruments CD74HC08/CD74HC08-Q1 Quad 2-Input AND Gates
Texas Instruments CD74HC08/CD74HC08-Q1 Quad 2-Input AND Gates contains four independent 2-input AND gates. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A ● B in positive logic. These devices have a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 6V and a wide operating temperature range of –55°C to +125°C. The CD74HC08-EP devices have gold bond wires, a temperature range of –55 to +105°C, and an SnPb lead finish. The Texas Instruments CD74HC08-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.Features
