TE Connectivity BDS Thick Film High Power Resistors

TE Connectivity's (TE) BDS Thick Film High Power Resistors deliver 1000W and 2000W power dissipation capability in a 76mm x 76mm case designed for easy mounting. These resistors offer high power density over a wide 500mΩ to 1000Ω impedance range, ±10% resistance tolerance, and 2000VDC maximum operating voltage. The construction features two easy-to-connect terminals and quality materials for enhanced reliability and stability with low partial discharge. The BDS series from TE operates in a -55°C to +85°C temperature range and is ideal for use in high-frequency applications, providing component protection and safety. Typical applications include power semiconductor balancing motor control, inrush current limiting, battery energy storage systems, and semiconductor machinery.
