TDK AXO315T0® High-Temperature MEMS Accelerometer

TDK AXO315®T0 High-Temperature MEMS Accelerometer features a ±14g input range and a digital interface for measurement while drilling (MWD) applications. This accelerometer utilizes TDK's unique closed-loop architecture, which offers a high level of vibration rectification and resistance to operational shocks. A bias residual error of 0.8mg is offered over a -30°C to +150°C temperature range, enabling a precise and continuous inclination measurement for directional drilling tools exposed to high temperatures. Ensuring reliability, the AXO315T0 is put through extensive testing, including more than 1000 hours of powered life testing at +165°C, temperature cycling from -55°C to +165°C, and high-temperature vibration tests. Additional applications suitable for this accelerometer include directional drilling, logging while driving (LWD), and wirelines.
