Taiwan Semiconductor HS1Qx 1200V High-Efficiency Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor HS1Qx 1200V High-Efficiency Rectifiers are targeted for bootstrap and de-saturate applications for IGBT or MOSFET gate drivers in high-voltage battery systems of EVs. These 1200V surface mount rectifiers feature a maximum 75ns reverse recovery time, 1A forward current, low power loss, and high efficiency. The HS1Qx rectifiers are RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL-1) per J-STD-020. These 1200V rectifiers are ideal for alternative energy systems, metering, lighting, bootstrapping, de-saturate, freewheeling, and rectification in HV power systems.
