Swissbit S-250u Industrial SD Memory Cards
Swissbit S-250u Industrial SD Memory Cards feature a 15mm x 11mm x 0.7mm form factor with equal wear leveling of static and dynamic data so that data is balanced evenly across the memory. These memory cards utilize low-power CMOS technology and power-off reliability for no data loss of older sectors and 16-sector data loss if powered off during writing. Swissbit S-250u Industrial SD Memory Cards come in 512MB, 1GB, and 2GB capacities and are RoHS / REACH compliant. These memory cards support SD serial peripheral interface (SPI) mode and offer SD burst up to 25MB/s, up to 24.2/13.5MB/s sustained read/write speed, and up to 25MB/s flash burst.
