Silicon Labs EFM32PG26 32-bit Microcontrollers (MCUs) are software-compatible MCUs for the EFR32 wireless SoC platform. The MCUs feature an 80MHz ARM® Cortex®-M33 with LCD controller with analog and communication peripherals and low power and current consumption. The EFM32PG26 MCU also provides a hardware AI/ML accelerator for fast inferencing at the edge. Offered in QFN68 and BGA136 8mm x 8mm packages, the MCUs offer up to 3200kB Flash and 512kB RAM memory capacity and Secure Vault capability. The Silicon Labs EFM32PG26 32-bit MCUs are ideal for low-power and high-performance applications, including embedded Internet of Things (IoT), smart homes, smart cities, and industrial and general-purpose uses.Features
