Infineon Technologies REF_11KW_PFC_SIC_QD Reference Board
Infineon Technologies REF_11KW_PFC_SIC_QD Reference Board represents a multilevel active-neutral-point-clamped (ANPC) bi-directional converter for multiple applications. These applications feature 3-phase and 1-phase AC and 800VDC and power ratings of 11kW and 7.3kW. The REF_11KW_PFC_SIC_QD board delivers high efficiency and high power density, enabled by Infineon's 750V CoolSiC™ and 600V CoolMOS™ in Q-DPAK packages.
