Schaltbau C360 AC & Bi-Directional DC NO Contactors

Schaltbau C360 AC and Bi-Directional DC NO Contactors are compact, 1-pole contactors designed for AC and DC switching applications in railway systems. The C360 family offers a rated insulation voltage of up to 1500V and includes multiple variants optimized for different switching requirements. The series is available in C360K, C360A, and C360S configurations with current ratings up to 500A. C360 series contactors from Schaltbau combine compact dimensions with high power-handling capability. These contactors provide a making capacity of up to 2500A, a conventional thermal current of up to 500A, and a short-time withstand current of up to 3000A for 1s. High contact forces, optimized silver contacts, and PWM-controlled coil operation contribute to reliable switching performance and low holding power requirements.  C360 contactors support bi-directional current interruption and are available in versions featuring blowout magnets, arcing chambers, and specialized contact systems.
