RFU02VSM8S is a silicon epitaxial planar type Fast Recovery Diode. The ROHM RF05VAM1S and RF05VAM2S feature small mold types (TUMD2M) and (TUMD2SM), high-speed switching, low-forward voltage, high voltage, and low VF type.
