Nisshinbo R1526x High Noise Immunity Voltage Regulator

Nisshinbo R1526x High Noise Immunity Voltage Regulator features a 300mA output current and a 42V maximum input voltage and can be powered directly from an automotive battery or an industrial power supply. With excellent noise immunity to external electromagnetic interference, this regulator is suitable for use in environments where electromagnetic waves may cause malfunctions and in high-temperature environments. The R1526x voltage regulator offers a maximum operating temperature of up to +125°C for industrial and automotive applications. Nisshinbo R1526x Voltage Regulator is offered in a 5.2mm x 6.2mm x 1.45mm HSOP-8E package, ideal for space-constrained applications.
