Qorvo QPA1314 GaN Power Amplifier

Qorvo QPA1314 GaN Power Amplifier supplies 40W of output power with 27dB of large signal gain while achieving 30% power-added efficiency. The QPA1314 is developed for a 13.75GHz to 14.5GHz Satcom band and manufactured using Qorvo's 0.15um GaN on the SiC production process (QGaN15). The operating frequency can extend from 12.75GHz to 15.35GHz as needed. The amp is available in a 10-lead 15mm x 15mm bolt-down package with a Cu base for superior thermal management. To simplify system integration, the device is fully matched to 50Ω with DC-grounded I/O ports for optimum ESD performance. The Qorvo QPA1314 supports communications and radar applications in commercial and military markets. The QPA1314 is 100% DC and RF tested to guarantee compliance with electrical specifications.
