Murata Electronics LQM18P Chip Inductors feature a 0603 (1608 metric) size code with ferrite core construction and an SMD/SMT termination style. These shielded, PCB-mount devices offer an inductance range of 0.22µH to 4.7µH with ±20% tolerance. Additional specifications include a rated current range of 230mA to 1250mA, a maximum DC resistance of 1.31Ω, and a self-resonance frequency of 40MHz to 115MHz. Murata Electronics LQM18P Chip Inductors operate in a -55°C to +150°C temperature range, and AEC-Q200-qualified variants are available. These inductors are suitable for medical, industrial, automotive, and power equipment.
