NXP Semiconductors KITFS0400SKTEVM Evaluation Board

NXP Semiconductors KITFS0400SKTEVM Evaluation Board is a socketed platform for evaluating the FS04 high-voltage ASIL D PMIC for S32N processors. The board is equipped with a 64-pin QFN socket that allows users to insert, functionally test, and program multiple FS04 devices. An FRDM-KL25Z communication bridge connects the board to NXP GUI software for I2C communication, I/O control, register access, OTP emulation, and OTP programming.

The NXP KITFS0400SKTEVM Board supplies the hardware required to evaluate FS04 configurations before final OTP programming. Connectors, jumpers, switches, LEDs, and test points support board configuration and real-time system monitoring. The evaluation board is ideal for development, validation, and preproduction testing of automotive safety processing, central compute, and service-oriented gateway systems.
