Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3551 Synchronous Step-Down Modules
Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3551 Synchronous Step-Down Modules are easy-to-use, fully integrated, synchronous step-down power modules with a built-in inductor and power MOSFETs. These modules integrate 70mΩ high-side MOSFET and 50mΩ low-side MOSFET for improved performance. The MPM3551 power modules achieve up to 3A of continuous output current (IOUT) with excellent load and line regulation. These power modules operate at a wide 3.3V to 36V input voltage range and are designed with a 42V load dump tolerance. A 1μA shutdown mode quiescent current (IQ) allows the device to be used in battery-powered applications. The MPM3551 step-down modules are AEC-Q100 qualified and are ideal for a wide range of applications with constrained PCB areas. Some of the applications include automotive infotainment, automotive clusters, Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS), and industrial power systems.Features
