Mikroe Accel 37 Click

Mikroe Accel 37 Click features the Analog Devices ADXL366 micropower 3-axis digital output MEMS accelerometer for low-power acceleration and motion sensing in always-on and battery-powered embedded applications. The ADXL366 supports selectable ±2g, ±4g, and ±8g measurement ranges, with full-bandwidth sampling at all output data rates, free of aliasing from duty cycling. The sensor provides 14-bit output resolution, optional 12-bit and 8-bit formatted data, high sensitivity of 0.25mg/LSB in the ±2g range, and a built-in micropower temperature sensor.

The Accel 37 Click includes a configurable step counter, a deep, multimode FIFO buffer, and an internal ADC for synchronous analog-to-digital conversion with interrupt capability. The board also supports single-tap and double-tap detection, external clocking, synchronized sampling, and host MCU communication via SPI or I2C.

The Mikroe Accel 37 Click is developed for 24/7 sensing, hearing aids, vital signs monitoring devices, motion-enabled power-saving systems, smart watches, metering devices, and smart home systems.
