Microtherm Sentronic T Series Bimetal Snap-Action Temperature Switches

Microtherm Sentronic T Series Bimetal Snap-Action Temperature Switches are based on a bimetal snap disc two-contact system with response sensitivity to a combination of temperature and current. The functions of these switches include thermal motor protection, temperature limiting, and thermal cut-off. The series features high power ratings and no vibrational noise, with availability in normally closed or normally open configurations. The T Series switches are sealed so they can be used in vacuum-impregnated applications with various varnishes and glues. The rated maximum currents are 6.3A (type T12) with maximum switching currents of 12A. A low tolerance of ±3K is possible with the T10 models. Microtherm Sentronic T Series Bimetal Snap-Action Temperature Switches are available in a wide range of packaging, mounting, and design options and can be wired in twin or triplet configurations. Applications include electric motors, transformers, thermal coils, electronics, HVAC, and white goods.
