Melexis MLX81113 Single-Chip LIN RGB Controllers
Melexis MLX81113 Single-Chip LIN RGB Controllers are fully integrated low-end LIN slaves designed for automotive ambient lighting. These controllers are suitable for bus systems according to LIN 2.x and SAE J2602. The MLX81113 controllers feature a combination of physical layer LIN transceivers, LIN protocol controllers, and current-controlled outputs. This combination makes it possible to develop simple but powerful and cost-efficient ambient light modules connected to LIN bus systems quickly. Melexis MLX81113 controllers offer internal RC oscillators, watchdog timers with independent clocks, math co-processors for 32-bit MUL/DIV operations, and diagnostic capability for connected LED.
The MLX81113 controllers also feature an integrated temperature sensor, a 10-bit ADC with DMA, 25µA low standby current consumption, and an integrated battery monitor. These LIN RGB controllers are AECQ-100 qualified and operate within -40°C to +125°C automotive temperature range.
