Micro Commercial Components (MCC) 5000W Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed to provide superior protection against transient voltage spikes. These diodes offer an 11V to 400V broad voltage range and come in a compact and powerful SMC package. The 5000W TVS diodes utilize glass-passivated junction technology to ensure high durability and reliability in demanding environments. These diodes feature IEC 61000-4-2 ESD ratings of 30kV for air and contact discharge for enhanced protection during electrostatic discharge events. The 5000W TVS diodes have excellent clamping capability, Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1), and are RoHS compliant. Typical applications include portable communications devices, video equipment, gaming consoles, servers, workstations, and data centers.
