Littelfuse SZ1SMB 600W TVS Diodes are designed to protect voltage-sensitive components from high-voltage, high-energy transients. The diodes have excellent clamping capability, high surge capability, and fast response time. Littelfuse SZ1SMB 600W TVS Diodes are ideally suited for use in communication systems, automotive, numerical controls, process controls, medical equipment, business machines, power supplies, and many other industrial/consumer applications.

    • 5.0V to 170V for uni-directional
    • 10V to 75V for bi-directional
  • Standard avalanche breakdown voltage range −6.4V to 209V for unidirectional, 11.1V to 92.07V for bi-directional
  • 600W @ 1.0ms peak power
  • Class 3 (>16kV) ESD rating per human body model
  • Maximum clamp voltage @ peak pulse current
  • <5.0μA low leakage above 10V
  • Intended for UL 497B type protection
  • Response time is typically <1.0ns Pb-free means 2nd level interconnect is Pb-free and the terminal finish material is tin(Sn) (IPC/JEDEC J-STD-609A.01)
  • SZ prefix for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements; AEC−Q101 Qualified and PPAP capable
