Littelfuse P6KE Axial Leaded Uni-/Bi-Directional TVS Diodes
Littelfuse P6KE Axial Leaded Uni-/Bi-Directional TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The P6KE diodes offer fast response times, excellent clamping capabilities, and low incremental surge resistance. Operating in a wide -55°C to +175°C junction temperature range, the axial leaded diodes feature a 5.8V to 550V working voltage range, 600W peak pulse capability (single-die parts) at 10/1000μs waveform, and 750mA to 58.1A peak pulse current range. These TVS components are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.Features
