Littelfuse LX5 0.5A Sensitive-Gate TRIAC
Littelfuse LX5 0.5A Sensitive-Gate TRIAC is a bidirectional solid-state switch series that offers a direct interface to microprocessor drivers in an SOT-23 package. It is designed for low-power AC switching applications like e-valve and AC solenoid drives. The die voltage blocking junctions of the Littelfuse LX5 are glass-passivated to ensure long-term reliability and parametric stability.Features
- RoHS-compliant and halogen-free
- Surface mount packages
- Static dv/dt up to 100V/µs
- Blocking voltage (VDRM) capability up to 600V
- Surge current capability up to 9.5A
Applications
- Replacement of mechanical switch contacts to achieve an extended lifetime
- Doorbells
- Door locks
- Electrovalves
- Thermostats
- AC solenoid drives
