Kingston Server Premier DDR5 SDRAM Memory Modules

Kingston Server Premier DDR5 SDRAM Memory Modules are DDR5-6400 CL52 Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM) memory modules featuring 32 internal banks. These memory modules feature an on-die Error Correction Code (ECC), hard/soft post-package repair, and sideband access with I3C/I2C. The KSM64 memory modules also feature a typical output stage drain power voltage of 1.1V and a typical peak-to-peak voltage of 1.8V. These memory modules are UL 94 V-0 rated, RoHS-compliant, and operate within the 0°C to 95°C temperature range.
