IXYS DK610S3RP 1600V 10A General-Purpose Rectifier Diode uses a single chip in a DO-214AB package. The forward voltage (VF) of this diode is ≤ 1.15V at +25°C, and the repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) is 1600V. The IXYS DK610S3RP offers high efficiency, long-term reliable operation, and greater safety for high-voltage applications.
