Infineon Technologies TLx5572 Miniature TMR Current Sensors
Infineon TLx5572 Miniature TMR Current Sensors are coreless, tunnel magnetoresistance-based current sensors for cost-sensitive AC and DC sensing applications. The sensors enable galvanically isolated current measurement on external current rails while minimizing power losses and parasitic inductance, making them ideal for compact current-sensing designs and shunt replacement architectures.
The Infineon TLx5572 Miniature TMR Current Sensors deliver stable sensitivity and offset over temperature and over the lifetime, with a minimum bandwidth of 1MHz and a fast 140.4ns response time. The family supports both 3.3V and 5V supply operation and offers multiple magnetic full-scale ranges for low- and high-current applications.
The sensors are designed for battery-powered tools, service robots, drones, e-Bikes, e-Scooters, home appliances, smart home systems, flaps, actuators, power-closing systems, pumps, and redundant sensing applications. The TLx5572 devices are offered in a compact PG-SOT23-6-4 package and include industrial variants with an analog output for external current-rail measurement.
