Infineon Technologies REF-SMD5KIMSQM2INV 3-Phase Inverter Power Board

Infineon Technologies REF-SMD5KIMSQM2INV 3-Phase Inverter Power Board evaluates Infineon CoolSiC™ G2 MOSFETs in an integrated servo drive application. The Infineon REF-SMD5KIMSQM2INV features a small heat sink, eliminating the need for a cooling fan. The single 4-layer FR4 PCB contains a complete 3-phase inverter for motor-drive applications with an interface to a controller board. The driver circuit is based on the EiceDRIVER™ 1ED3322MC12N Enhanced (1ED-F3) single-channel isolated gate driver with DESAT protection and Miller clamp. The power switch is a CoolSiC IMSQ120R012M2H MOSFET G2 in a top-side-cooled Q-DPAK dual half-bridge package. This reference design enables users to realize a compact servo motor solution quickly.
