Infineon Technologies EconoPACK™3 TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT 7 Modules
Infineon Technologies EconoPACK™ 3 TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT 7 Modules are combined with CoolSiC™ Schottky diodes, emitter‑controlled diodes, and an integrated NTC for reliable thermal monitoring. These modules feature 950V and 1200V collector-emitter voltage, high power density, and low switching losses. The EconoPACK™ 3 modules are made up of a copper base plate and 3.2kV AC 1-minute insulation. These modules are fully qualified to IEC industrial standards (IEC 60747, 60749, and 60068). The EconoPACK™ 3 modules are ideal for solar applications, three-level applications, and Energy Storage Systems (ESS).
