Diodes Incorporated AP7582Q/EQ 300mA Wide Input Voltage LDO Regulators
Diodes Inc. AP7582Q/EQ 300mA Wide Input Voltage LDO Regulators are designed for use with batteries in automotive applications. The devices have an input voltage range extending to 40V and feature a 6µA quiescent current at light load; therefore, the AP7582Q/EQ are ideal for always-on components such as microcontrollers (MCUs) and Controller Area Network (CAN) transceivers.
The Diodes Inc. AP7582Q/EQ features overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection. The devices provide fixed-output-voltage versions at 3.3V and 5V and are available in MSOP-8EP, WDFN2020-6 (SWP) (Type A1), TO252-4 (Type C), and SO-8EP packages. AP7582EQ has a Power-Good indicator, and the power-good delay can be adjusted with an external capacitor in the SO-8EP package option, enabling programmable delay time for specific applications.
