Diodes Incorporated AP6320x Evaluation Boards
Diodes Incorporated AP6320x Evaluation Boards evaluate the AP6320x 2A synchronous buck converters. These converters are integrated with a 125mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 68mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency step-down DC/DC conversion. The AP6320x evaluation boards operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range. These evaluation boards function at 3.8V to 32V input voltage range and 3.3V output voltage. The AP6320x evaluation boards are ideal for use in consumer electronics, home audio, power tools, laser printers, network systems, set-top boxes, and gaming consoles.
