Dialight 598 Series SMD MicroLEDs are single-color, bi-color, and tri-color Light Emitting Diodes in various surface mount package types and color combinations. The 598 Series SMD MicroLEDs feature industry-standard packages, ideal for automatic pick-and-place assembly. Common wavelengths are available with many colors designed to conform to the ANSI/VITA 40 standards regarding status indication. The Dialight 598 Series SMD MicroLEDs are RoHS compliant and meet EIA-481-1 package standards.
