Central Semiconductor CMJD Current Limiting Diodes

Central Semiconductor CMJD Current Limiting Diodes are designed to meet requirements for devices to maintain a constant current over a wide voltage range. These CMJD diodes are also available in bare die form. The current limiting resistors are required in designs to regulate current and power load circuitry. The desired regulated current can be applied directly to the load without the need for any passive components. This not only ensures that load circuitry has a safe and regulated current, but it allows to design with an almost ideal current source. These diodes feature the low profile (1mm) DFN123F package and are ideal for applications that require a space-saving current limiting diode.
